Article 1 (Overview of the Service)

• This Service allows users to create two-person chat rooms via a link or QR code for temporary communication
• Chat rooms are automatically deleted 28 days after creation, along with all data including messages and images, and cannot be restored

Article 2 (Eligibility)

• This Service is intended for users aged 13 and over
• Persons under the age of 13 may not use this Service
• A person under the age of 18 may use this Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian

Article 3 (Accounts)

• Creating an account requires authentication via a Google account or Apple account
• Each person is limited to one account
• A nickname must be set. The nickname is visible to chat partners
• Users are responsible for managing their account information

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities when using this Service.

4-1. Harassment

• Threats, intimidation, or insults directed at other users
• Discriminatory remarks based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or similar characteristics
• Repeated harassment or stalking behavior
• Sending unwanted sexual messages or images

4-2. Spam

• Use for the purpose of advertising, promotion, or solicitation
• Sending phishing links or malware
• Mass sending of identical or similar content

4-3. Inappropriate Content

• Sexual content such as nudity or pornography
• Violent or graphic content
• Child sexual abuse material — will be reported to law enforcement upon discovery
• Solicitation or trading of illegal drugs

4-4. Impersonation / Fraud

• Falsely assuming the identity of another person
• Impersonating the operations team
• Fraudulent activities

4-5. Service Abuse / Disruption

• Placing excessive load on the Service by any means
• Use through automated means such as bots, scripts, or crawlers
• Reverse engineering of APIs or systems, or exploitation of vulnerabilities
• Bypassing authentication, or forging or fraudulently obtaining tokens

4-6. Other

• Inappropriate conduct outside the Service toward someone met through this Service
• Any activities that violate applicable laws

Article 5 (Content Moderation and Reporting)

We maintain a zero tolerance policy toward content and conduct that violate these Terms. Submitted images are analyzed for safety by automated systems. Any reported content (text and images) is reviewed by our team within 24 hours. If reported content is found to violate these Terms, the relevant content will be removed and the measures set forth in Article 6 will be taken.

Article 6 (Enforcement Actions)

If a violation of these Terms is confirmed, we may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation:

• Removal of the violating content
• Warning notification within the app
• Account suspension
• Immediate account termination for serious violations
• Reporting to law enforcement or other relevant authorities where required or appropriate

Article 7 (Deletion of Chat Data)

• Chat rooms are automatically deleted 28 days after creation
• Deleted data cannot be restored
• Chat rooms may be deleted earlier in the following cases:
  • If both users leave a room, the room is immediately deleted
  • If a user deletes their account, all user data associated with that user is immediately deleted

Article 8 (Subscriptions and In-App Purchases)

8-1. Premium

• This Service offers a monthly auto-renewing premium subscription
• The premium subscription provides expanded image sending limits
• Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or credit card
• To cancel, please use the subscription management screen of the platform or payment method through which you purchased the subscription, or any cancellation method made available within the app
• If your account is suspended due to a Terms of Service violation, your subscription will not be automatically canceled. You must cancel the subscription yourself. No refunds will be provided for unused periods resulting from a suspension

8-2. Donations

• This Service accepts donations to the developer as in-app purchases
• Donations are consumable in-app purchases and do not provide any features or services in return

8-3. Refunds

• Except as required by applicable law or the policies of the applicable platform or payment provider, no refunds will be provided

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for content submitted by users
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for any damages arising from the interruption, suspension, termination, or modification of this Service
• We do not guarantee that this Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times
• We are not responsible for failures or issues caused by network conditions, device problems, third-party platforms, or third-party authentication or payment services
• We are not responsible for disputes or damages arising between users

Article 10 (Changes to or Termination of the Service)

• We may change the content of this Service without prior notice
• In the event of termination, users will be notified in advance with a reasonable notice period

Article 11 (Changes to These Terms of Service)

• We may change these Terms of Service as necessary
• Updated Terms of Service will be notified within the app
• Continued use of this Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Service

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

• These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan
• Any disputes relating to this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance
