Perch Chat is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content on our platform.

Prohibited Content

The following is strictly prohibited on Perch Chat:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Content that sexualizes or exploits minors
• Grooming or any attempt to exploit minors
• Any content that endangers the safety of children

Prevention and Detection

We employ the following measures to prevent and detect CSAE content:

• In-app reporting: Users can report safety concerns directly within the app
• Content moderation: Reported content is reviewed and acted upon promptly
• Account enforcement: Accounts violating these standards are immediately suspended

Response and Reporting

When CSAE content is identified:

1. The content is immediately removed
2. The offending account is suspended
3. Relevant information is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable law enforcement authorities
4. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
